Edward Gorman
Edward Gorman brings over 20 years of legal experience across both the public and private sectors. Before founding his firm, Ed served as a Senior Assistant City Attorney with the Denver City Attorney’s Office, where he led high-profile litigation for multiple city departments.
This litigation included disputes involving real estate, property acquisition, land use, construction projects, environmental matters, and commercial contracts. He also successfully represented Denver in multi-district litigation, including cases involving the opioid epidemic, teen vaping, and Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) contamination.
Before his public service, Ed practiced in private law firms in Denver and New York City, gaining broad experience in business litigation, mass tort actions, and appellate advocacy. He has successfully taken cases from inception through trial and appeal, arguing before the Tenth Circuit and other appellate courts.
Ed combines his extensive litigation experience with a strategic approach to problem-solving. He focuses on understanding clients’ objectives, evaluating real-world implications, and deploying legal tools strategically rather than as blunt instruments.
